This notice describes the public company website at orderbuddy.me, provided by DNA HOLDING (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD. Read the Orderbuddy Retail app privacy policy for our app and connected services. This notice is limited to this website; it does not describe all data handled by the POS app, management portal or customer ordering services.

Visiting this website

This is an informational website. It has no sign-in form, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or application cookies. You can read the product and company information without creating an account.

The site is served through Google Firebase Hosting. Hosting infrastructure processes technical information, such as IP addresses and web requests, to deliver the site and operate the service. See Firebase’s privacy information for information about its services.

Contacting us

Email and phone links open your own email or calling application. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, business information and enquiry. We use this information to respond and assist with your request. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Other websites and services

Portal login takes you to the Orderbuddy Retail Test2 management portal, which uses its own authentication and account data. Links to the wider Orderbuddy website and Firebase take you to separate websites. Their data practices and notices apply when you use those services.
